KDE Windows 4.5发布

前些日子所谓的偷跑大概还是build中，现在终于正式发布了。

增加两个新的编译器的编译版本，ming-w32和v100，以后将会取代老的vc90和mingw4。

Windows现在也有了Linux下面的崩溃处理界面（好吧我想大家都不想看见它，不是吗……这改进太坑爹了……）

依旧可以从这里获取KDE Windows Installer进行安装：http://windows.kde.org/download.php

上次Amarok还在由于phonon-ds崩溃中……不知道现在是什么情况？
