Plasma Networkmanagement 终于要发布第一个版本了

已经过了非常长的时间了……各个发行版的用户应该有注意到plasma的nm管理一直是直接从svn或者git抓取代码，而没有正式发布过。

现在它终于要来了，目前已经有0.9 beta 1的源码发布。
