KDE Telepathy 0.4 将支持视频

作者是原先 KCall 的作者，本来也是想支持Telepathy的，不过按作者本身说法Telepathy的视频接口的设计很难用……（原话是，“我调用它的方式是错的，如果确实有一种正确的方式的话”）

不过这个情况将有所改变，于是也使得KDE Telepathy将支持视频。按作者的说法，会将这个与0.4一起发布（也就是下个版本）。

首先要支持的是XMPP协议的视频，SIP的稍后。
