新版Flash插件新添KCM模块

新的Adobe Flash插件为KDE环境添加了一个[系统设置]模块，不好不差的改动。当然，以Adobe的尿性，这东西只能32位系统用（想想那难产生下的64位Flash吧）。

话说Adobe做东西还真是GNOME/KDE兼顾，以前的AIR程序也有用到kwallet。

以后如果越来越多的程序把设置选项做成KCM模块，多有利于系统提供统一一致的体验。
