KDE SC 4.5.4 for Windows 偷跑

KDE SC for *nix 都進化到 4.6 rc了，但 for Windows 一直是停留在 4.4.4，如果用最新的 KDE fro Windows Installer 會發現最新版只有 4.4.4。

但實際上 Windows 版本的4.5已經發布了，查看 repository-4.5

但是怎麼裝上去哪？我不知道，可能是全部下載下來，用installer的本地安裝方式……
