Chakra说要把LibreOffice上的Gtk砍掉砍掉

Chakra那帮子人要编译出没有gtk依赖的LibreOffice套件，i686+x86_64包，外带完整的翻译。现在放在[testing]仓库，很快会进入稳定仓库。

这帮人对于实在没办法必须依赖gtk的东西采取bundle的方式。
